    Preparing for the Future

Counselors and teachers help students navigate their future plans by providing lessons, tools, and resources throughout high school, following the Post-Secondary and Career Expectations (PaCE) framework. These lessons focus on career exploration, post-secondary options, preparation and selection, and financial literacy. Each student will develop a 4-year plan based on their personal interests and career goals, using the College and Career Pathway to the Future Guide to explore and select pathways that align with their aspirations.
Counselors will guide students through MaiaLearning, where they will create, review, and reflect on their plans and goals each year.

    Career Pathway Guide

The College and Career Pathway to the Future Guide helps students explore different career paths and understand how their high school courses can align with potential career goals. It provides information on career pathways and clusters, relevant courses, and post-secondary options that students can pursue after graduation.
